Note*: Terms and Policies:

1. For Drishti BUS software, barcode integration is optional and will be charged extra if required. Provision of PRN file (Print File) is responsibility of customer.

2. SMS/WhatsApp sending facility is available in all above software versions. To use SMS/WhatsApp Messages you have to purchase SMS/WhatsApp pack from us which is over and above software cost. You would need your internet connection while using the SMS/WhatsApp messages.

3. We do not guarantee prompt SMS/WhatsApp delivery or do not guarantee fast resolution in case of any issue while sending SMS/WhatsApp since the SMS/WhatsApp gateway is 3rd party gateway on which we only have limited control.

4. For all above software versions (Drishti BUS / Drishti CRM+ / Drishti CRM /Drishti Frame Selection) we only provide 3 months free technical support (telephonic and online remote support only) from the date of purchase of the software. After free 3 months although AMC is not mandatory but you may opt for a paid AMC (Annual Maintenance) in order to get technical support and for free software updates. Please note that we do not provide any personal visits to the customer as part of the AMC or otherwise. AMC does not include any updates or modifications or changes in the software, at can be done on paid basis.

5. For Drishti HO & BO software version we provide 6 months free technical support (telephonic and online remote support only), rest of the above terms remain same for this software version aswell.

6. Software Product, Goods and Services once sold will not be returned and is not refundable. You may request remote demo for the software.

7. Customer cannot re-sell their software to any other customer or use or give their software to any other retail showroom without our permission otherwise customer will be blacklisted and will not be provided any support from us.
